Monday Night Dégustation Menu - absolutely incredible - one of the two most memorable meals I have had in last 15 years (other @Attica before it became "famous").

Good place to lounge around doing nothing. The staff would sometimes roam around and offers you ice cream. Best treat by the beach

The incredible view out toward Whitsunday Island is the perfect accompaniment to a classy but not too fancy lunch. As the more 'casual' dining option at qualia, Pebble Beach is at its best in the mid afternoon and as the sun sets over the Coral Sea.
