The Pizza was Delicious after waiting well over an hour for no one advised us when we arrived that there was a long delay expected
we left a message on the internet site that morning at 7.30am and waited we didn't get a phone call so rang at midday and they hadnt seen our online email request for a table for that night
so we dont see much point in having online bookings when sorrento staff ignore them so you could improve on these areas venue is in a nice spot at the marina

Wonderful location and comfortable vibe. Pizzas are actually quite good. Great place to start and end a bareboat adventure

Was really excited to get a trial for work here I got a call at 3.00pm and asked to come in at 5pm that same afternoon. Val (the manager) wouldn't interview me before the trial, wouldn't talk about hours/pay or anything. Just said go upstairs and work your trial. (He has barely spoken to me at this point so really knows nothing about me). Then I find out they are short staffed and had a girl call in sick. It's then I realise I am not actually there for a trial, I am there to fill someone's shoes. So disappointed, then Val asks me to work longer that night and pay me cash. Again I ask Val for more details about the job but he 'can't talk to me about that yet'. I decided not to work the extra hours because it was clear I was just being used. He said he would call me when he's ready, it's been a week. Val was never going to call. The girl that had called in sick had only been there 2 days so they didn't think she would come back, and there was one long termer in the restaurant and one other girl on her first day. Something tells me they don't know how to look after their staff. Very disappointing.

Great spot next to the marina and coast. Definitely come here to watch the sun set. Beer is great. Food is nice. Service needs improvement.

We had a lovely afternoon here on the first day of our holiday. Fantastic view. The customer service was efficient and friendly. The bar food menu is good - the pizzas are delicious. A nice selection of wines and beers. A great experience.

Food wasn't great, service was slow, cocktails weren't great either. Restaurant has insufficient separation from the bar and thus was too noisy.

I went to Sorrento with a couple friends and our orders took at least an hour to be served. Undeniable poor service standards. The only reason I am not giving it 1 star is because the food wasn't bad.

Ate their tonight. Risotto serve very small and very bland. Service was not great and it wasn't booked out. Waited and waited for dessert order to be taken. Then adults dessert came and was eaten way before kids ice cream came out. Staff not friendly very disappointed as it was recommended to us.

We had lunch yesterday and it was very disappointing. The only thing amazing is the view. Food serving was small . My husband ordered Reef fish and the chips served on the side was burnt and soggy. When mentioned to the service staff they just couldn't be bothered. Not even an apology was extended. We were still hungry after finishing our dish so we ordered for a pizza which we found a bit salty. We did not finish the pizza and just left. Will not return.

Seafood platter was some of the freshest and well cooked seafood I have ever had. The lights are a bit tacky and the constant glowing of them is annoying. Waitresses are pretty impersonal and don't seem to care much about the patrons.

Dinner: Pizza not authentic. Tomatoes not freshly cut, no moisture. Basil cut into tiny pieces and bruised. Crab pasta at our table too oily, not in a good way. Staff took away dishes and wouldn't otherwise talk to you, seemed to actively avoid eye contact. Risotto seemed OK.
