Arrived and several tables weren’t cleaned, plates and dirty cups were left for my whole time there and no staff acted to clear them. Slow customer service, a big group of us stood there for around 5 minutes and those behind the counter did not make eye contact nor attempted to finish tasks to ensure they could take orders. Table numbers were mixed up even though all 8 of us were on the one table. Food being brought out was staggered, 4 at once for a table of 8, then 2, and then after waiting 10 minutes for the last 2 plates they had to be inquired about. Food is mediocre, Hollandaise was not fresh as you could see the egg protein was separating from the other liquid. Toast was soft and barely buttered. Food is downright disappointing in general. Understaffed and terrible service. Terrible cafe and would not recommend unless you’re wanting to just throw money away as you do not get what you pay for.

Mediocre food, extremely slow service. Stood at the counter for awhile before being served and once served the cashier barely understood what I was ordering.
My friend ordered eggs on toast and ordered before me. My food came..I waited to eat thinking her food was coming. Got impatient and ate my foodand her food still came 10 minutes after I was finished. On top of all of this there was no smiles, no sorry for the wait. It just felt unfriendly and the staff looked like they didn't want to be there.

Would not recommend the pulled pork tacos at all. The taco had the texture and taste of cardboard, the 'slaw' tasted like it was just soaked in balsamic vinegar and was too overpowering. And there wasnt much pork. It was very messy to eat and not enjoyable.

Worst food we had in Airlie, obviously they rely on travellers and not repeat business. We had small serves of oily food and the seafood for one at $35 was equal to the marinara mix at woolworths

A a really nice cafe Restaurant in Airlie Beach.. Their menu is varied and reasonably priced. We really enjoyed a hot rock share platter for dinner, which was a fun experience and also delicious. Very healthy eating. The staff are lovely and personable providing quick, efficient and friendly customer service. They have a good selection of wines on their menu and they also know how to make a good cappuccino. One of our favourite local eateries.

I like the "hot rock" idea. We've eaten here many times. Always satisfied. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Only 1 out of our 3 meals was any good, my club sandwich came with some honey and blueberry juice on top (it was clearly not intentional) and the avocado on sourdough was just half an avocado, next to some toast, on top of spinach, with a lonely looking poached egg, all on a dirty plate, definitely not worth the $13 I paid.

Have been here before 3 years ago and it was amazing!
Came here for dinner tonight and it didn't live up to expectations :(
Ordered the confit pork belly and half of it was so tough that I couldn't even cut it with my knife..
Apart from that, waitress was lovely and food and drinks came out on time

awesome food. We tried the hot rock. OMG, that was so delicious and so much fun. the service was friendly and engaging and the food was so fresh. Not to mention we got to cook the meat on the hot stone and it was sensational.
