Hotel dated and motel rooms very dated. was told to move car to allow access for home and away filming on Monday and lively market on Sunday started very early noisy and car parked in until markets ended .motel is cheap for North shore Sydney.

Screaming out for renovation, but more likely to get a bulldozer and apartments. This pub had been treading water for over twenty years. Just kill it already, Woolworths.

Stayed 1 night with my daughter. The room smelt like a men's sports locker room, the carpet was filthy, the linen was torn and very old fashioned, the bathroom smelt bad, there was mould in the sink, the roof was taped up with duct tape, the lino on the floor was lifting and the basin unit was water damaged. Lastly the front door did not meet up with the floor so there was a continuous freezing gust coming under the door. It was definately not worth $95 a night and I would never recommend it to anyone until it has a full reno

It is the worst place I have ever stayed. The decor is extremely dated including a bar fridge with VB sticker on it. In the bathroom the paint is peeling off the walls and the floor is lifting. The room itself is clean enough but the window in the bathroom was filthy. Friday night we were kept awake all night by major roadworks and this morning we were woken just after 5 by stall holders setting up in the carpark just outside our room.
The only positives are the bed is comfy and for us the proximity to the Academy of Sport.
It is really just basic pub accommodation.

I had to place a glass to collect the water dripping from the roof that had tape holding it together. Woke up on Sunday morning at 5am to a market being set up, they failed to tell us that this would happen. Rooms smelt like a dog kennel. Had to ring reception 2 times due to other rooms having full fights and 1 of the reception chicks didn't believe me, worst customer serviceso yeah great place.

Parkway Hotel hosts a weekly market. Parking is ok. Great variety of fruit veggies and other products on offer. Great meal choices as well. A number of stalls offer organic produce.
