Absolutely disgraceful. I, along with two friends were told we couldn't come in by the woman at reception. I showed her the cards (keys) I received when I'd checked in earlier. She still insisted we couldn't come in. She then asked if we'd paid. I told her I paid for 5 people but there was only 3 of us. She finally let us in after looking me up on the computer. Shocking.

We stayed here last November and thought it was great value for our money. The staff were very helpful. The 5 minute walk to the tram was healthy and we loved all the eating places in Brunswick. We are intending to book again next year. Great place - highly recommended for budget accommodation

We stayed for 2 nights and these guys charged us an additional $100 saying the room condition was bad. We had left it in great condition but these guys are devicing new ways to suck out money from customers. The place is too cramped and not worth the $150 dollars per night.
