Nice friendly staff, keep hold of your luggage until your ready to collect, rooms are a tad basic but on the whole not bad!!

Love this place for its convenience. Right in the heart of the CBD. Restaurants abound. (Adjacent to Hardware Lane).
Clean. double room, quite spacious with mini kitchen facilities.

You get what you pay for - motel-style accommodation in the heart of Melbourne, great if you don't have to spend too much time there. Very convenient and affordable.

The room is large and luxurious, plenty of power outlets and a kitchenette, the location is close enough to walk to most places and it's wonderfully quiet

For $75 a night it's pretty good value. The hotel is central to Melbourne, close to convenient stores and major tourist attractions. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The only down side is that you can hear all the outside noise through thin windows and you get woken up at intervals.

Room is functional but a bit dated. Windows only have a single pane of glass so outside noise is loud. Being directly on the street you hear all the late-night revellers and the early birds.
The blinds don't cover the whole window so lots of light comes in.
Price is reasonable and room has all necessary components.

The receptionist was quite rude. Also got us to show another guest to their room instead of him doing it. We could of taken them anywhere in the city and said thats your room! Luckily for you, we are decent people.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, within walking distance of major tram routes, and is located at the heart of a food district. However, the level of cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel can be a little off-putting. We had the misfortune of arriving when the lift was broken down, and the concierge wouldn't help carry our bags to the room, which was on the 4th level. However, the lift was repaired in the middle of our stay, which we were grateful for.

The housekeeping in the hotel is really, really unreliable. Some of your belongings might be touched and even taken away on the very last day when you check out and in a hurry for backing things up. Be aware of that! This was the worst experience we have ever had on holiday. Can't imagine it happened. Never return!
