They were very punctual, professional , organized, helpful, understanding and friendly and that totally made our experience much more easy and enjoyable!

First the bad; They didn't pick-up the stuff on the agreed date instead pickup the next day. They said the truck was broken. The supervisor was unreachable. He asked me to discuss the new plan with the driver directly.

Now the good stuff about the company; Two guys who came to pick were very professional in their work. Stuff was delivered from Sydney to Melbourne safely. Nothing was damaged and they were the cheapest.

My removal was for one item under 1 sqm. Super Cheap removals were great. I able to contact them to explain the job. They contacted the pick up address half an hour prior to arrival and the same with delivery. My item arrived safe and well with no damage. The delivery time frame was faster than than other companies and they are cheaper as well. 10/10 Highly recommend these removals.

Do not EVER use this company. They border on a scam considering the level of minimal service they provide. I paid top dollar to get my car moved interstate from Sydney to Melbourne. I called beforehand and spoke with Jay about the importance of picking up my car on a specific date as the man selling it to me was moving house. They did not pickup my car from Sydney until 3 days later than I had booked and had it sitting out the front where Is could have easily been stolen within those days. Not to mention, they did not communicate with me AT ALL while it was getting delivered down to Melbourne. I also had to go and pick up the car myself from the depot, despite paying for door to door delivery as they also kept pushing the delivery back and I needed the car. Jay also when I dealt with him on the phone provided the worst customer service and made excuses and also tried to tell me they discounted the services before I booked because I had used them before, which I had not. They don’t even know who their customers are when dealing with them. I also called for weeks asking if they could please at least refund me the difference from picking it up from the depot to the delivery I had originally booked considering I had to pick up the car myself, Jay said he would “get back to me” but still has not. All in all, unless you want to have to go to small claims court to get your money back from this company, do not use them, because they won’t give you the services you booked. I have never dealt with such an awful company in my life and they must pay for good reviews because they definitely aren’t earning them through their service or commitment to delivering what people book them for. Would give a 0 if I could.
