Absolutely disgusting service in the pharmacy. Wait time was ridiculous and staff left elderly patients standing at the counter for long periods of time. Also the pharmacys floor is dirty and the shop stinks!!

We go there to buy certain Items but allways come out with more because of the variety and great discounts. Very friendly staff. Also Chemists are a wealth of knowledge.

Review of Chemist Warehouse Geelong, Lt Malop St. I made a colossal blunder today leaving the items I had purchased at the checkout desk, and was very impressed by the customer service I received to retrieve these items. I called the store at 8pm on a Friday night and the phone was answered, my number was taken and I received two call backs on my cell phone. The items I had left were retrieved and put in a safe place for my collection tomorrow. I am very impressed by the service I have received given that leaving my purchases in the first place was my fault! I am very grateful to the staff at this store for the personal attention I have received. Thank you to these staff members for going the extra mile for my peace of mind.
