Very helpful staff. Prices are reasonable and have a good selection of phone accessories. Kevin was exceptionally helpful. Ordered in a new phone cover for me and it arrived earlier than expected. A sms from Kevin to alert me of it's early arrival was very much appreciated. Now that's good service. Thank you.

The staff are always very professional, helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the products in the store. They are also very honest and you can see that they are recommending what’s good for you.

I needed to replace the back glass of my IPhone 13 Pro Max and they did an amazing job. It only took three hours and it looked like brand new after that. I was very happy with the whole experience.

The reason why I am rating with 4 stars is because two weeks after I replaced the back glass of my phone, it broke. I do not want to blame Oz Phone Repairs because to be honest I’m not a 100% sure how it broke. It could’ve been me hitting or dropping it without me realising.

In conclusion, Oz phone repairs service is amazing and I highly recommend it. Also, if you have an iPhone 13 Pro Max do not touch it, do not look at it, do not use more than you should and definitely do not drop it. It can break with a morning breeze, so annoying!

With thanks to Sunny for his outstanding attention - BY FAR THE BEST service that I've ever had ANYWHERE further to him having gone out of his way (and also self-interest) to address my phone problems! P.S. Further to having posted the above a month ago, I've since been back, while in this instance being helped by Kevin and Tian. Once again, the guys went out of their way to help with my phone problems, while again, I remain immensely grateful to them for their help and concern. This company and shop are the ONLY ones that people should ever go to, while I look forward to continuing to recommend them to everyone I know from hereon!
