  Great Customer Service with a smile and Quality repair services. Ive been a Dr Boom customer for many years and continue to return, due to their exceptional service and repairs. Annetta and the team were extremely helpful, particularly with my need for an insurance quote. Highly recommended!

  I bought a screen protector and camera protector from here for my iphone 14 pro, and the worker kindly offered to apply both for me. I was still carrying my phone in its original box as I didn't have a case yet, and the box keeps it snug so it doesn't move around. When I got home, I took my phone out of the box to check it, and there was no camera protector on it, it had come off and stuck itself to the side of the box as I took it out. I reapplied it myself and it has not come off since. But now has small pieces of dust on the inside from when it first came off. Good product but apply it yourself, a bit of a waste to spend $25 on just a camera protector to have it be dusty on the inside and affect the camera focus.

  I got the ultimate screen protector for my new iPhone for $80 from one of their staff member named Ricky as mentioned on receipt, I came back home and put on a phone case, the protector started coming off from the edges. When I went to the store to show, same guy was there and he made me embarrassed in front of other customers saying that it was because I was using cheap case. After returning I tried different cases thinking it was the fault of case. Ordered expensive ones and tried too however it was still coming off. I went to the store and they agreed that it was placed too low. This was a different guy who patiently listened to me and fixed it for me. Now it’s not coming off from edges but all I can see is dust under the protective glass, my phone screen looks so dirty. So much of hassle just for a screen protector, why is it so hard to fix a screen protector properly. I have been going to them for more than 4 years for those ultimate screen protectors. I never had any issue until this. So unsatisfied and disappointed, I would probably never return back after this experience!

  My experience with Dr Boom Parramatta (store on Level 2, Westfield Mall) is unparalleled when it comes to phone stores. I can say this with confidence after visiting several other phone repair/retail stores across New South Wales.
  
  Each of the staff at Dr Boom were incredibly transparent with what they were doing to try and fix my phone and with any costs that were involved. Personally, my phone could not be fixed without shipping parts from overseas which they made me realise was not worth the wait and money so they did not charge me anything for trying to fix my old phone (this included replacing the screen and then sending it to head office to try and get it fixed properly).
  
  Further, all of their advice was directed to benefit me as a customer more so than for their financial gain. As such, when I bought a new phone and went to them for a new screen protector and case I expected nothing less than the best service and that is what I got:
  Ricky from the level 2 store took an abundance of time to passionately explain to me how one screen protector was better than the other even going as far as to draw out diagrams and explain the science behind them as I was just a curious customer. Additionally, when buying a new case he recommended me to go for a cheaper case because he knew that a lot of the money was just due to the branding for some other ones I was interested in whereas their quality did not reflect their price.
  
  Thank you Ricky and whoever else served me from Dr Boom Parramatta. Honest, quality service! :)

  Here I am referring to the DR BOOM which is @ Parramatta West Field Shopping Centre.
  There service was unique. They do a Very honest job.Great customer service. We felt as we were known to them for a long time. So comfortable to deal with them.Customers are the paramount for them. They know how to look after the customers. All in all excellent job. I could recommend them for anyone without any hesitation.Awesome👍🏆💐😊
