We purchased this lovely fire place from and got it installed by the team at Fireplace Masters. The team were all so helpful from the visit to the show room, to the install. The install has been done beautifully and the guys who came out not only knowledgable and super skilled but were funny too. We are so happy with the end result of our nectre 60 curved. Would highly recommend these guys!

We recently installed a Pacific Energy Neo 2.5 in our new build. Fireplace Masters came highly recommended and we're extremely happy with the result. Kerryn was amazing to deal with, kept us informed during the whole process. Due to the build progress, we had to postpone the install date a number of times. It was no problem rescheduling. Installers were courteous and professional. We were a bit concern with the extra flue work and visual looks as we had very high ceilings. It turned out amazing and one of the best features of the house.
We highly recommend Fireplace Masters to anyone.
