Told the guy at Forster store my phone screen was not working properly when touching screen so he suggested a new screen protector, so said ok put a new one on, the screen was full of air bubbles and all he said was they will evaporate, but they did not and had to fix it myself at home, and then he upsold me a new phone case and I went into complete shock when he charged me $95 for it all. This shop is an ABSOLUTE RIP OFF!!!!! Would never ever go back ever again! And the bubbles keep appearing on my screen and the touch sensitivity is not there and I truly feel completely taken for a ride and I wish I could get my money back!!!!

Had new glass protectors fitted to two phones when questioned about bubbles in the screens i was told they would clear up, well they didn't not happy at all, could not reccomend at all and way over priced.

I purchased a screen protector for my S10e on the weekend from Dr Boom in Forster. I asked the price and was told $60, when I said "forget it", the sales guy dropped to $40 immediately, which I then purchasedlooks like I could have gotten cheaper elsewhere but that's not why I'm giving a poor review. The sales guys fitted the cover with air bubbles all around the edges and he told me these would disappear in a few days. They haven't, even when I try to smooth them out myself. To make matters worse, I can't type properly anymore as the phone only intermittently accepts my taps on the screen where the air bubbles are. I live in Newcastle and I'm unlikely to get back to Forster to return. Boom .$40 down the drain.

Went in to see how much a new screen would cost for my almost new Motorola. I had been quoted $150 in Hornsby and $125 in Sydney, taking one or two business days. I had dropped a tool on it and there was a hole and several cracks. On closer examination they identified that it was actually the screen protector that was damaged - it had done its job. The screen protector was peeled off, the screen cleaned and hey presto - perfect. All done in 3 minutes. Thanks very much for making the effort and taking care not advantage.
