  Jackie is absolutely amazing. She has helped me and my family in ways that no else ever would. She goes above and beyond every time with all the repairs and accessories for me and my grandchildren. She is always caring and we love her like family ❤️

  We were so impressed with the customer service from Jackie. She was a delightful person who was calm and very helpful to my elderly dad. Jackie was also patient with me in choosing the right accessory and even installed it for me. Thank you so much Jackie. We haven’t received this type of customer service for a very long time.

  I was assisted by the store manager, Jackie. She worked efficiently to help me with my screen replacement, and advised me on the best screen protector and accessories based on my requests and budget. Thanks for the amazing service Jackie! Will definitely be returning again.

  Highly, highly recommend!
  
  I’ve been putting off getting repairs on my phone as I was afraid of the cost - that being said, as soon as I walked in I was greeted by lovely people and Jackie was able to get my phone sorted out for an incredibly reasonable price. I came in with a cracked screen, cracked tempered glass, a messed up battery, a gross case, and the next hour I left with what feels like a completely brand new phone!
  
  For all of the uni students out there walking with a dodgy phone because you don’t want to buy a new one (guilty), I seriously recommend coming here! Jackie was so so kind and made my day, and made my visit and money spent completely worth it. Very, very glad I decided to come here :)

  This is a Customer focused store.
  
  From the moment you enter you are met with helpful and knowledgeable staff.
  
  This is the 2nd time we have come here for phone repairs and they have done a perfect job.
  
  1st time was for a cracked screen and this time for a charging port repair.
  
  The phone technician is great and his repairs are faultless.
  
  Jakir and Mariam were super friendly and they honestly want to help you.
  
  Good pricing on repairs and on the products they sell there too.
  
  More than happy to recommend to anyone for your phone repairs, at a very competitive price and for any other products you may need.
