I do not even need to leave feedback as you can see loads of complaints the same.
I came here got food poisoning. Ring to tell them got some Indian yelling telling me I was wrong and the all 3 of us were liars and would suffer karma.

Was seated at a table. Waited for 20 minutes and still no one offered us drinks or to take our orders. Restaurant was NOT busy. Walked out.
Poor service.
Will stick to Hogs Breath from now on!

I found the food was ok but the place needed a good clean . One of the desert plates had carrot on the bottom of it. My grandson notice that and he is nine. The toilets were degusting hadn't been cleaned for a long time properly. I think they need to life there game, I wouldn't go back.

Came in today over lunch time (Sunday 28th May) with my family (6 adults and 2 kids). First thing was the poor condition of the play room that was provided for the children. TVs had been ripped off the wall and there was only one small box of rotten sponge shapes. After it took about 20 minutes for staff to come and get our order. We were only one of two tables In the entire restaurant. We waiting another 30 minutes plus for food to arrive which was absolute poor quality as well as overpriced and after an hour for someone to clear the plates and offer coffee/dessert. Staff members that were on we're beyond rude and spent half their time talking and laughing amongst each other instead of doing their job. I've worked in hospitality for over 6 years and never would I work at this poor standard or expect my fellow staff to do the same. Biggest disappointment. Would rate a 0 if I could.

Concerning amount of canned reviews here. The service is friendly and quite prompt (although the poor waitress had to wear a silly hat) but the food is not particularly fresh and generally it is not a cheap place to eat. The all you can eat works by you finishing all the wings and ribs and chips on your plate without sharing, then you are entitled to another plate.

My friend's caesar salad turned out extremely salty with an unpleasant sauce (and she had asked for extra sauce). I had some chicken wings which weren't bad, although the chicken was of a frozen variety and although advertised as 5 wings for 10 bucks, what you actually get is 3 wings (without drumlet) and two drumlets.

I might walk past in the future to see the giant crocodile again, but word of advice if you're hankering for some wings or ribs in the area - cross the road.

According to my friends, Outback Jacks is the best steakhouse restaurant near Rockingham. However, I denied it. Thanks to them that they literally dragged me to the place. I can guarantee that they have the best steak preparations in the entire place.

If you love food this is the place you will like to visit again and again. Eat, drink, relax and enjoy. The staffs will take care of the rest. I am really in love with the steak. Will love to visit again whenever I am in Rockingham.
