Been here a few times and it’s always been great. Cheap good food and the beer on tap is reasonably priced aswell.

Nice Chinese food and good price. We like their special braised pork belly, a little oily but very nice. Also their beer price is reasonable, great restaurant to visit.

With fast reliable service Kulcha Cafe is convenient for a quick business hours lunch so you can get back to work on time or if you have been shopping in Joondalup right up until the 9pm close on a Thursday night. These guys are still serving food!. It won't break your budget and the food is always consistent.

A little piece of Northbridge liveliness in Joondalup. Great prices and quick service. I had the dry tom yum noodle special which was super tasty. Will be back!

I went with my wife to Kulcha Cafe, not what I was expecting but in a good way. The food was well priced and so was the beer and wine. It is not a quiet place as a lot of people eat there giving you an idea that where people are there must be good food and value. I can say the food was a big shock - a good shock - great size portions (not massive or small) for the price , just what you would be wanting, they are cheaper than most Asian restaurants that I have eaten at in the area. I mentioned it was not quiet, yes but I can say it had an atmosphere that was family and if you don't mind talking a bit loud at times its great, I will say there are as looked around, sections of the cafe that seamed quieter than were we sat. I will say its a cafe setting but more of a restaurant with food. Over all - Great - I believe we will go there more often and in fact I plan to go again this week with friends. I am a hard critic so 5 is hard to get with me.

Always busy, booking is essential. Food is always good with large servings. Gets very loud
Edit: Last two visits have had poor inatentive service had to wait an hour for our food. We were a large group but still our order was "lost" boss was apologetic but still the night was disappointing.response / report this review -

Very nice food, big portion sizes and really good prices. It is always super busy, so the service is swift. We go atleast twice a month and I have always enjoyed here. My favourite dish is crispy chicken in peanut sauce with fried rice.
