Amazing breakfasts. Gets very busy on weekends. Sometimes a long wait for food but the view makes up for it. Could do with staying open a bit later in the summer for last minute ice creams after a beach walk

Nice location. Food was quite tasty, had the avo smash.
Not the most friendliest of staff but worth a quick stop off if passing by

Menu is a bit pricey but food is great. If the weather is good I love to sit outside. Inside is industrial rustic and acoustics are poor, making it very noisy. Still a great place for coffee after a beach walk.

Nice breakfast. I will never understand why the kids pancakes is more a dessert than a savoury dish (I had to give up some my bacon!). The full breakfast was excellent and couldn't be faulted. The chorizo and the beans were particularly good. Top marks for the female staff member who took my seven year old daughter to the restroom. The only negative was that it was freezing!

Great location and the food was really lovely. Had the fish and hubby had the burger. Would so come back here again. Loved the salad, the addition of peas and slightly pickled onion was very unexpected and enjoyable.

Very nice beach side atmosphere. Nice to sit in the sun on a cold breezy day. It seems very popular and was crowded. The good is good, the view is also great.

Twice I've had breakfast here over the last 2 months - both times the coffee was bad. Something to do with the brand of coffee they use I think. It has no kick. Breakfast was great the first time, so good in fact I went back for more of the same but I was really disappointed. Myself and a friend got just 1 poached egg on our $18 breakfast.

“We Still haven't Managed to Actually Dine Here!”
According to many of the other reviews, this cafe appears to be a bit 'hit-and-miss! Yes - it's a very good location and apparently the coffee is also very good (apparently). However, as we have attended here twice now, we have never actually eaten here as both of our customer service experiences were very bad!

The place gets VERY busy (mainly because its the only cafe around in that exclusive little area) so getting a seat was impossible on our first visit and the service was exceptionally slow (no doubt some of the young wait staff couldn't be bothered coming in to work on that day!).

So, let's give it a second chance - so we did on a Saturday mid-morning for brunch and what an incredibly bad experience again that turned out to be! We were greeted by grumpy & rude teenage staff who basically gave us only 3 minutes to order as their menu was about to change over to their lunch menu, so once again we left hungry.

Their customer service 'training' seems to be very poor, as maybe they perceive they have the area/location all wrapped-up so they don't need to train staff. Well on some days - it's bad! We notice that the further North you go, seemingly the worse quality customer service becomes. Definitely needs improving. We have still not eaten here so unfortunately we still can't comment on the food.

Here's a golden nugget for the owner - get rid of the small carpark which blocks the best view of the ocean, build decking out over the carpark area, go alfresco with umbrellas & benches/tables and turn this small place into something Perth can be proud of. by Andrew & Jenny
