I could put up with the dirt and noise, but this place crosses the line when they allow people to poke under your door with cameras and lights while you are sleeping in the middle of the night, looking for drug addicts (heard from people talking about me in the morning outside my room; was quite the show for everyone there watching me sleep in a very stuffy room). So, because i wore a cap all the time (thinning hair), pale complexion (i live in the UK and have just arrived, duh), slept at an odd hour (UK time, duh again) and kept to myself instead of raucous partying til 5-6am (like the rest of the people here who apparently don't sleep), this was grounds to let these people completely violate the modest privacy i paid for. Absolutely despicable. I've checked out early and you can keep the f'ing deposit. Assholes.

Covered in rashes after staying in this place. The beds are filthy and smell like urine. Should of known to steer clear after the reviews but I tried to save a couple of dollars. Not worth it guys, avoid this place at all costs it is a health hazard.

Absolute dive of a place. First appearance when walking in, disgusting, smelly, cockroaches. Receptionist is one arrogant sod how he was speaking to guests before my experience. Fraudsters still selling beds in mixed dorms and taking the money happily but when you turn up you are told no vacancy sorry ‘blame the website not me’ no attempt to resolve the issue at all, refund or bed you basically told to p off.

Rang up for a room the previous week, was told check in finishes at 10pm. I got their at 9pm, no one in the reception room and no lights on, waited 15 minutes and then left. Unbelievable

Accidentally booked here thinking it was a Hotel. Found it on Trivago. I think the name Oslo Hotel gave me that impression. The photos online seemed fine so I went ahead and booked. Upon arriving I found out it was a hostel. Initially I booked 2 nights but only stayed 1. Felt a little unsafe there. I got the distinct feeling that being in jail would be more sanitary and safer.

Nice youth hostel with a friendly staff. Very good location as you have a tram for the centre of the city just a few minutes away.

if you want to experience what living in a prison is like, then this is the place for you! if i could give half a star or even no stars i certainly would. terrible beds, unsanitary bathrooms, and sketchy people.

The website offered free parking, it's just leave your car in the street. The sheets were yellow with age, hard to tell if they are clean. Every floorboard creaks.

A bit misleading on the amenities, no free wifi (costs money) and no real free parking, you have to park on the street.
The rooms themselves are okay at best but it's cheap accommodation.
Staff are friendly however we did get put into the wrong room at first and had to be moved to a different (worse) room.response / report this review -

Very inexpensive to stay at. A no frills place to rest up for a night. Free on street parking.
