Had a nursing educational session the other night and the staff & the food totally made it amazing.
I normally don’t give reviews but then I know they deserve it. Well cooked, well served and I loved their chai latte. I’m a lot picky about chai latte and they completely made in the perfect way. Keep it up.response / report this review -

It's a nice restaurant. One of the better ones in Melton but not as good as I expected. Very suburban but the food is ok. I wish I could give a better report but although I enjoyed my meal, the overall feel was, well, suburban. I'd go back if someone asked me to go there.

I lnow good food takes rime. Have not had my dinner yet been jyst over an hour. Told it will be a bit longer but not sure how long. I can only put it down to poor organisation in the kitchen and/or lack of kitchen staff. It is always crucial to make the right impression first not looking good. On a good note: the food that is hitting the other tables look nice. Face the problem 'Stone' because the simple things actually matter.
Meals are great. Staff are friendly despite the pressure they are under on the floor.response / report this review -

Food was great, but it shouldn't take 1.5 hours to come. The staff seemed inexperienced, dropping things all over the place. I was worried my already late food would meet the floor.

As an Ex Chef of Hyatt Hotels; the food was fabulous, the service let down the Chef, from slow, missed drink orders to inexperience and training in customer service, the food could not be faulted.. Chef, we will be back and recommend you in the west.

Amazing food! Normally would give 4 stars But terrible policies. Didn't know before arriving but this is on the fancier side so dress up a little. No hats allowed. Not a problem but caught us off guard. The 1 star is because my wife and I we going to share a plate because I recently had stomach surgery and physically cannot eat more than half a fistful of food. They said you cannot share and have to order at least a side. No worries we thought because we'd take leftovers home. Nope. After waiting for someone to come by for a take away box the kids and my wife left because the kids were getting wild. When I finally got someone's attention they said they don't allow take away boxes. So we had to through my sons whole meal away because he ended up eating half the side only, and half a steak my wife had. Very disappointing. Huge waste of food and money. Complaining did nothing. Not sure we'd go back. Great food, very loud, and if you're prepared for no take away of left overs, and regular poor Australian service then I recommend.

Food was delicious, but a little more on the pricier side than I was hoping for. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, but we had a fairly long wait for our meals. Restaurant had lovely decor, including the bathrooms, but it was very noisy, busy and cramped, which made for a less than relaxing evening. Difficult to hold a conversation with the person opposite you. It is obviously a popular location, but would definitely try to return again on a much quieter evening to see if it makes for a better all-round experience.

Always friendly, clearly hardworking staff greet you with a smile. Even the manager rolls up his sleeves. Excellent food. Not a bad word to say. A little pricier but you certainly get what you pay for. Best take away in Melton. Yet to dine in, can only assume its phenomenal as well.
