  I wouldn’t even bother. The customer service, particularly from the older lady is shocking. Rude. Eye rolling and argumentative. I always give a business 5 goes before I put a review in. The food is either under cooked or over cooked. And if you dare Complain then Expect the eye rolling argumentative rude customer service. 3 times now my order has been mucked up. I was even sent home with the wrong order, took it back and treated poorly because they “were flat out”. The owner Ray is a lovely man and I’m always glad to see him because his customer service is great!! It’s a pitty some of the other staff can’t do the same.

  Rude!!! I live local to this fish and chip shop but without a car I was going to get a delivery for my family, put in my order no worries but when I was told it was going to be over an hour and 15 for it to get here I decided to cancel- can't leave kids hungry for that long right? The man on the phone replied with 'Oh my god, were flat out!' In a very rude an annoyed tone. I get that your busy but you don't need to be rude when I cancel an order! VERY DISAPPOINTED

  Excellent food and customer service!!
  Will definitely come again and recommend to others
  I asked for a vegetarian pizza and gave me a really good price
  Delivered before time and nice and hot
  Delivery girl was very sweet and pleasant
  This place is a must to visit and eat great quality food
  Well done finally a take away store today n Corio that is decent
  Can't believe anyone would've unhappy

  This was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a small amount of hot chips at 7:18pm, they complained that I called too often delaying them from completing other orders. However I did not receive my order and when I went online to write this review I saw that it closes at 9pm and it is currently 9:38pm. This is what I call poor customer service.
