I took my 4 year old grand daughter for a blood test today. I had prepared her for the test, she was calm and ready but the woman doing it didn't speak to her at all. She made no eye contact, didnt smile, didn't explain what she was about to do. She just grabbed her arm and so of course my grand daughter got frightened and started crying and resisting. I would have left but the other staff member Ray came in and calmed and distracted her, she was lovely and spoke directly to my grand daughter, which is what should have been done in the first place. In my opinion this staff member needs to be retrained or not allowed to deal with children. The two stars are both for Ray. Thank you Ray ☺
