  Went to buy 24 nuggets and big mac sauce x 4 as it said on board the girl tried to charge me for the sauces l then told her the board says it comes with 4 bigmac sauces.
  Her answer was l have no control over the board.
  Not good enough maccas!

  I spilled my cokes over the service counter, the staff quickly clean up and gìven me another drinks for free without any Hassel. Excellent service

  Crowded at most times, service is prompt but the numbers of customers mean that cleanliness can be an issue.

  Working in fast food is extremely stressful job, its not run by "young kids", on behalf of the fast food chain sorry we aren't perfect and can't satisfy you all the time you come into the store, yes we try our very best to please you and give you speedy service but like you we aren't perfect, we constantly have new people learning and training. id like to see all you guys that complain, to work just one day in this field, and see how you guys go. thank you to the people that understand what its like, the fast food chain is growing so rapidly and its hard to keep up with all the new things coming out to please our costumers.

  Toilets were clean. Food was prompt, BUT the chips were just warm. AND the girl that was sweeping and washing the floor picked my chips up from the warming lamps with her hand over the top of the chips and put them in the bag. Not sure they think about hygiene. Sorry but that is just me. Hygiene ++ important in food industries.

  Why is it that every time I order a Vanilla Thick Shake It always comes out with the bottom 1-2 inches being a mix of vanilla and some other flavour CLEAN THE MACHINE BETWEEN USES>

  Waiting patiently, they gave my order to another customer, upon him returning it staff tried to give it to me a lazy attempt to undo a wrong by immature staff
