These folk are the best to deal with. Kelly found the ideal radiator replacement for me and arranged for it to be available at a location that suited my needs. NATRAD in Port Macquarie are a great supplier and I am grateful that that their business sticker / decal was on the old damaged radiator, so I knew where to go for the new one

Not often you find a business that goes above and beyond to assist a customer. Natrad Port Macquarie squeezed me in to their busy schedule and spent some hours trying to diagnose a cooling fault and charged me only for a new radiator cap and advise for our mechanic as to where to start to solve the problem. Everyone from the receptionist through to the owner we just fantastic and I would have no hesitation in recommending them, they are a credit to their profession.

The natrad team must be one of the best garages to deal with in port. Phil has gone above and beyond a few times for me sourcing and repairing radiator gear for my classic cars. Legend!!
