Fantastic customer service, always replied to emails and phone calls promptly. I’ve had a Springfree trampoline for approximately 8 years and needed a replacement net, received it quickly and now my trampoline is like new. Best trampoline I’ve ever had….thanks Springfree

My granddaughters, 22 months and 4 years, love the new medium oval Springfree trampoline. Sometimes mum or myself share one at a time. We sit, lay, bounce, sing songs and read stories in it. It is in constant use. The trampoline is very stable, was easy to assemble with two people using the instructions. The medium oval provides ample room for growing children and will be used for many, many years to come.

We got a Springfree Trampoline for kids for Christmas with the assembly as well. The staff were very quick at putting it together, and our whole family has loved the trampoline so far. It's really safe (our kids have thoroughly tested that aspect), and we highly recommend the sun shade for extra hours of bouncing during the day. This trampoline totally blows the springy death traps I grew up with out of the water.

We bought a second hand Medium Oval Springfree Trampoline from Gumtree. I should have bought a new one when the kids were younger. This one is still in good condition even after being in the weather for the last 8 years, and I wouldn't have be wasted money money on a springed trampoline that only lasted less than 2 years.

The mat rod holders are the weakest part and I've had to replace a few. It was easy to message the company to order the parts. The staff were friendly and easy to deal with. They ordered the parts for me and I received them quickly.

I was able to pull the tramp apart and reassemble. It is definitely easier with two people, particularly assembly, but I was able to do it alone after watching many videos.
