I ordered a tracklander full length flat top rack for the Prado through Jaram and couldn't be happier. The service from start to finish was great, thanks to Greg and Wendy, plus the rack arrived just 2 days after payment (Perth to Karratha!). Much appreciated guys and will recommend Jaram every time.

TIP: If fitting rack yourself, allow a good few hours and do it in the shade, but pretty straight forward with a little help from youtube.

Could not source a rack in SA after trying a few dealers so called Jaram. Placed order over the phone on Friday morning, rack turned up following Monday, amazing!
Quality of materials is fantastic, 316 stainless steal bolts, design and build the best I've seen. I purchased the flat rack for Prado 150, great low profile and solid is an understatement.
Hardly known product here, must be a best kept secret in WA! Thanks Jaram I'm proud to drive around with this on my roof and look forward to many years of service.

Cannot recommend tracklander enough. Especially Greg he went above an beyond to help.

The only mistake I made was not going direct through them (didnt realise they sold direct) instead i went through stockists who was terrible to deal with and didn't get us the right wind deflector.

But one short visit to the tracklander team and Greg couldn't do enough to help us!!
Honestly if you're looking for a strong reliable roof rack go see these guys they are a dream to deal with.
Had our rack about a year now and about 5 months with the correct deflector thanks to Greg and we love it so much so we're ditching our other branded flat rack (came with our second 4wd) to get another tracklander system.

Tracklander is a fantastic roof rack. I have now had 2 of these and swear by them.
I do a lot of off-road and I have seen other racks have many issues (even big brand name ones) but my Tracklander never misses a beat.
The mesh makes it very easy to load and secure. Nice and quiet on road. Australian company. Australian design for Australian conditions! Don't risk it - If you are travelling off road consider Tracklander and you won't be disappointed.
