I was very appreciative of the way Ian and Cloe went about the bond clean in my Penthouse Apartment and listened to the instructions, taking care to detail and providing a high standard of work. The cleaning was done in a methodical and common sense way and it was obvious they know the best way to complete a thorough clean - top to bottom. The place was immaculate and we are 100% confident that the bond will be returned without delays or comments.

A mixed review for this cleaner.

I initially selected this cleaner due to the good google reviews and also his cheap initial quote, which he provided online.

After wanting to book in on Tuesday, the cleaner said he was only available on Monday, which was fine. However, after arriving on Monday he said that it would be extra (above his initial quote) for a public holiday. I think that he should have mentioned this additional fee in his original quote - especially since I requested he do the clean on a different day.

Also, after inspecting our property, he added almost $200 to his quoted price. Our apartment was fairly clean and an above average size apartment. However, I think that providing such a low quote initially, then adding $200 on the day is unreasonable. Beware of this tactic!

In the end, his cleaning fee was the most expensive of all the cleaners I contacted (even though he provided the cheapest quote in the beginning).

Finally, he left the front door unlocked, and the sliding screen door of our ground floor apartment completely wide open overnight. He also left several lights on. This was very unprofessional, and could have resulted in damage to the property.

The actual bond clean was performed to a high standard, and he left the place very clean.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER. Would issue zero stars if possible.
We had to go back and clean after him as the job was so poor, he left food stains on the floor, didn't wipe skirting boards, bathroom wasn't cleaned, mirrors dirty. When we called him he was unapologetic and admitted he regularly has to go back to fix his own jobs.

Please don't use this 'cheaper' company not worth your time. Pay extra for a decent job.

Ian from One Up Cleaning was fantastic to deal with. Very responsive, was on time and importantly did a fantastic job cleaning my 2 bed, 2 bath unit for a bond clean. No issues came up from the managing agent and he even managed to get my oven tray back to a high standard rather than forcing me to buy another one as a replacement.

Ian did a fantastic job with the bond clean of our one bed one bath unit. Ian arrived on time and obviously has a high attention to detail. Ian was able to work his magic on our oven that I thought would never be that clean again!
