My kids are absolutely loving their Springfree Trampoline! We purchased the medium oval and it is the perfect size for our 3 little kids. It fits nicely in our backyard compared to round trampolines which take up more space. Me and my partner were able to put it together ourselves in about 3hrs. It took a lot of strength but we managed! The video instructions were straight forward and easy to understand.

Our kids (5&3) love the new trampoline and we've found it so far to be very safe. We self-installed and it was pretty straightforward. We used the BILT app which was a great help and took our time. As the instructions note it does take 2 people to install the 'springs' and it was quite physical to do. Once we found our rhythm it went together well. This was the only challenging aspect. It looks great and seems to be very solid and well made.

We picked up a second hand Springfree. The base was still excellent after years of family fun. We just needed to replace the net and mat due to weathering. After a few emails, Springfree called and ordered everything we needed - they were super friendly and helpful. Everything arrived really quickly even though it was just before Christmas. The instructional videos were fantastic and made the set-up of the trampoline very easy. Now the trampoline looks like new and is making another family memories.
I especially love how Springfree are supportive of recycling. Less waste going into the future!! Well done all round!

Our daughter has had 8 years of joy on her spring free trampoline. So much so that we have recently ordered a replacement net as it has finally gotten a few holes and she isn’t willing to give it up just yet! We were delighted to discover we could order just the replacement part at a fraction of the cost of a new trampoline. Fast delivery and excellent advice from the sales team made the process so easy. We just uploaded a photo of our existing trampoline and they were able to tell which model part we needed The frame and mat are still going strong after all these years and with a new net now we anticipate many more years to come.
