They couldn't cut or recognise our piece of granite as stone.instead identifying it as ceramic or glass. They had no time for our small job and blatantly lied to us. Don't waste your time.

Although we changed the measurements many times on them, in the end we got a great couple of vanity tops out of Kaystone. Quickly quoted at the start, and nothing was to hard for them.

Requested a quote online which I received promptly. We wanted to go ahead and book the job in and requested an on site check of measurements. No one turned up on the agreed day and when I rang late in the afternoon was told no one was available to come out that day as they were all busy on installations (not even the courtesy to contact me). I was then told that they would come out the following day between 9am-10am which no one showed up for either. Sorry but if your service is this poor before a job hate to see how long I would have had to wait for an installation.

Thank you so much to the team at Kay Stone for our new stone bench tops. It's dramatically changed the look of our kitchen and people can't stop commenting. The workmanship and service is very professional, friendly and nothing was too hard. We couldn't be happier.

Whilst the finished product was "finally" good, the process to get there was arduous. An incorrect first measurement resulted in our kitchen bench top being 100 mm short in one section. To their credit it was taken back to the factory and returned the same day and this time it was only 20 mm short. Probably hoping I wouldn't notice, the installers left it at that. When I did notice and called them back the next day they did glue on a bit in-situ and it was done well. There was one other bit that I was not happy with, and this was no fault of theirs. Despite leaving several messages on their answering service and talking to staff on four occasions no one rang back and nothing was done. Their communication skills are pathetic, actually non existent. Sure the finished product was good, eventually, but there are many other businesses out there who would do an equally good job without all the hassle. I would not use Kay Stone again.
Please also read the response from the owner as this is the first inkling of any response from them. I was told on one of the occasions I spoke to the receptionist that they were looking for an offcut and that was the last I heard from them. There was no request for any images and if there had been I certainly would have provided some as it was in my interest to finish the job. Poor workmanship is not acceptable but twisting the facts to justify it is pathetic.response / report this review -

Bathroom vanities and kitchen benchtops of stone in Melbourne are best found with Kay Stone. I am highly grateful to you guys for assisting me in doing my kitchen and bathroom. They now look so perfect. I always wanted someone like you to make things even easier and affordable to me. Your services are superb. Thanks a lot
