I had a trapped nerve in my neck and my wife found this healing centre.
I can honestly say that I have never had a massage like it. Warren has the strongest healing hands imaginable and I could not recommend him or the centre enough.
I have massage in Uk all of the time so have good experience with them but Warren was simply incredible. Thank you!

We had the most amazing experience this afternoon. It was something we desperately needed and we were more than impressed. I am walking on a cloud and so very very relaxed. We got so relaxed we both almost fell asleep!

I woke up one Friday and could barely move my neck, had massive pain in the left side every time I moved my head more than an inch, probably the results of hours, days and months in front of a computer screen.

I called Chris at Island Healing and booked in for a Bowen that afternoon after trying to get through the day with it but was really struggling to do anything.

I had the Bowen that afternoon, and Chris told me we wouldnt know how it went until the next day or two, as thats how Bowen works.

I woke up on Saturday and the neck was a little better, but as the day progressed it literally started feeling better by the minute! By lunchtime I had full movement to the right, and almost full movement to left. Two days later and the pain was gone!

I was really happy with this result, and proved to me again that Bowen therapy works. Definitely reccommend Island Healing, for their bowen therapy, or even massage or fitness when your down on Phillip Island.
