Extremely friendly and very experienced staff.
Although we experienced a weather delay, the staff kept us informed with weather updated and occupied with free games of mini-golf. The day was not spoilt, but some patience was needed to wait for the clouds to part. Once they did, we were quickly prepared for the jump, with confidence and a joke or six, those who were nervous quickly forgot as we boarded the plane.
The jump was just amazing, this is one of the few companies to jump from 15,000 feet (4.5km), the view while free falling is like nothing you can explain. But it MUST be experienced. With the jump over and adrenaline pumping in our veins, the talk on the way home was about when we would jump again.response / report this review -

These guys are awesome! I have been doing my AFF course here and they are super cool and the training gives you the full confidence to go out and have fun! Highly recommended

The staff at Australian Skydive were incredible! It was my first time skydiving, and while I wanted to do it, I was very very nervous! From on the ground support to up in the air pre-jump the team were extremely professional and helpful. Not only are they qualified sky divers, but from my experience they should be professional counsellors as wellI had one of their team members talking me through my nerves on the ground pre-lift off talking me through how safe it was, and the procedures to make me feel secure. Then just before I was about to jump I started crying from nerves and I didn't think I would be able to do, but Paul was incredible and talked me through how safe it was and always made me feel like I had an option either way. Safe to say, due to Paul and the team I jumped and I absolutely loved it! Highly recommend to any first time nervous jumpers like me!

Massive thumbs up to Mick down at Torquay. Missus had a ball. The relaxing and friendly atmosphere, awesome viewing spots, great bunch of instructors plus the perfect weather, made the day a sweet start to 2017. Cheers guys. We'll be back.!

My family bought my skydive as a gift, I was not that fussed about jumping out of a plane, but strangely on the day did not get nervous. I felt very safe in the hands of my instructor Sally who had completed over 5,000 skydives. She was great fun and made the whole experience that much better. What I was amazed about was the peaceful and almost silent experience of falling with the parachute, it is hard to explain but it was so quiet and peaceful.
It was a wonderful experience and one I think every person should have a go at once. Australian Skydive were fantastic and jumping over the coast is amazing.
