The 'background music' in the store was so loud I could not hear the staff member. This denies access to many customers who are hearing impaired. Please turn the music down. The staff said this could not be done in the store.

Bad service took 20 min to get tea. My doy milk came with cow milk i was told to taste them to tell the difference. Not acceptable. Wont be back ever.
