Hadn't been for a long time since moving. Renovations are great alot brighter than it was awesome set up heaps of top quality equipment. Lots of space.

Excellent equipment. Great classes. Not crowded. It's not a "showy" gym - you'll feel at home no matter what shape, size or fitness level you are . And most importantly, friendly and personable owners and staff!

great gym the renovations have opened up space perfect for what is going on these days affordable and flexible with many classes and specialised trainers available to point you in the right direction.
