My beautiful king furniture sofa was ruined by their harsh chemicals and inexperienced staff. Spots, streaks and water marks appeared that never existed before. I was told that once the couch dried they would disappear but they didn’t. They came back days later to fix the problem but my couch will never be the same. The cleaning guy was 45 minutes late on both occasions and I also found out that he works as a contractor so he’s not even an employee of Mr Neate. Stay away from these guys!!

Jerk real estate agency refused to reconnect my electricity temporarily to get carpets cleaned, and Mr Neate was pretty much the only place I could find that could do it with a generator. Saved my life! And also did a great job :)

Fantastic. All the stains left from my dog have been removed from my expensive couch - Some over a year old. The fabric was not damaged. Highly recommend this business.

Have had carpets cleaned by other cleaners and I have always been disappointedmy carpets are a light colour and are tricky but Grant from Mr Neate Cleaning did a great job.quick and efficient and good value so I will be using them from now on. Thanks again!

I have had my carpet cleaned three times. This was my first time by Mr Neate. The best clean I have had so far. It really bought the pile up, and the carpet looked fresher. Two weeks later, I can still see where the cleaner has been in sections I have not walked on. Very pleased with the service.
