Told the guy I wanted the carpet to be properly cleaned from fine dust particles due to renovation works. Was promised that the job would be perfect and I could inspect it before paying. Most of the carpet was cleaned well, but about 10cm was left untouched around the edges, still full of dust. The cleaner claimed that his machine wouldn't reach there and refused to clean it any other way. Still demanded he be paid in full despite not delivering on what we had agreed on. Was told that I need to pay the full amount, whether or not I'm happy with the job.

Did end of lease cleaning. Excellent service, apartment was spotless and they were okay to return to fix a few parts that the real estate agent pointed out. Got our bond back so 5/5 from us and will use again!

The guy was nice but I helped him bringing stuffs upstairs and He asked for $10 extra from the price that was previously set.

Do not waste your money. Who did the previous reviews?
A guy came with his elderly father & said it would take 3 hours. It took 1 hour 45.
When I went back to the apartment the kitchen cupboard doors hadn't been wiped. The floor mopped with dirty water and the mop had black dog hairs in, now all over the floor.
When they left I had to:
- Take off the oven door & attach properly
- Clean the floor in lounge
- Kitchen floor hadn't been cleaned at all!
- Bathroom floor, not cleaned or vacuumed.
- Skirting boards had dust on them.
- Sinks not cleaned out.
- Carpets had a water mark on even though dry.
Needless to say the real estate did not pass it & found other things. They came back with a spray bottle and cloth!!
Still haven't got my bond back as they want me to agree to pay for new cleaners to come.

I lived in Melbourne for 4 years. While leaving, i hired japs for final cleaning. he is very professional and friendly for end of lease cleaning services. Highly recommended.
