Wonderful cleaning services from the Woodys Team. I can't thank you enough for your on going cleaning & services, it definitely takes the stress away and let's me enjoy my weekends with my kids. 😊

This company was hired by our tenant to clean the house after it was vacated. The crew sprayed oven cleaner over several areas such as the oven handle, aluminium burners and splashed it on the dishwasher. The result was that the dishwasher is now pockmarked, the stove top (10 months old) looks very old and the oven handle has had the finish removed. Oven cleaner cans have a warning about spilling the product on these sorts of surfaces. Additionally the real estate agency had to get the company back to complete a list of poorly done and unfinished jobs. The company did agree to pay for the replacement oven door handle but deny causing the damage to the dishwasher even though my wife and I saw the way the oven cleaner was sprayed around with little regard for the most basic precautions. Further to getting it all over the place no attempt was made to clean it off for some hours which of course allowed it to really do some damage. Very disappointing when you consider that the tenant left the rest of the house in good order with the only real damage being done by the cleaners. There was a large very recent chip in one of the floor tiles which I suspect was also caused by this crew. (fresh tile chips in the hole) All in all this company should remove the word professional from all advertising and their ads should carry a warning. (Some Care No Responsibility)
