These people need to be shut down!
Long story short
We were handed over our brand new home on Tuesday at 9am
We simply wanted our procelain tile grout sealed. OMG what they had done at 3pm over a course of 3 days to my beautiful polished porcelain tiles Is indescribable.
Not only have they destroyed them, they are completely ignoring our phone calls and messeges on purpose, this is disgusting and we will not ever let this go, this company will take responsibility and liability for the damage they have caused, we even had a professional porcelain tile specialist come out and he said the state these people have left your floor in is not acceptable and disgusting, please do not use this company unless you want your brand new home destroyed. Anyone who has had a bad experience come together with me as I Persue consumer affairs against this company!

Do you want a long delay in the service arriving at your premise? Do you want to pay for cleaning but be stuck at home all day due to slow servicing? Do you want your time to be wasted without any apologies? Then this is the service for you.

Used their service as they said they were available on settlement date (for us, the day before moving) - they told me this so they could lock in the business and by the time I realised their tricks but I had no choice but to wait and use them on the day before the furniture came in. Told me afternoon was available, specified any time after 1pm. Notorious for not confirming a time and shrugging you off with "we will call you 30 min before). This became 6:30pm - which I made sure they confirm. as I lived an hour away from my old rental. I told them to make sure of this as we were waiting for the cleaning to finish so we could go home and prepare for the move. Good riddance, kept pushing me back and ended up rocking up at 9:45pm. Hours of my life wasted because of zero customer service. Same issue with cleaning services - first cleaner arrived 10:30am told me she only did the kitchen and the other guy cleaning the rest of the property would arrive 30 minutes later. At 2pm, the other cleaner arrived and took over. We were stuck at home for 4-5 hours because one man was doing the work of several people. The cleaner also broke the railing of our curtains and was placing dusty curtains directly on my bed which was uncalled for. The matter also being that I paid a decent amount of money but not everything was cleaned. Vents and cupboards were still with cobwebs. No apologies from the owner for late service, communication was there, sure; for the sake of continuous excuses. I am sure if you are lucky and book right in the morning before their employees are worn out, you may not have a 4 hour delay in receiving your services.

Mick was very professional and thorough from begin to end. He showed up on time, was friendly, did an amazing job, carpets turned out really nice, very competitive price. I would rate 10/10 and happily recommend to anyone out there looking for professional carpet cleaning at competitive price. Hired them for cleaning carpets at my place and the guys did a wonderful job. Having 2 kids and 2 pets, my carpets was quite stained, and the guys went over and beyond and the carpets really looks so clean, fresh and revived. Thank heaps to you guys. You have my recommendation!!!

Excellent Cleaning Service and great results for such a competitive price. Prerna and her team were so nice to deal with and provided very high level of customer service. Staff were knowledgeable about Carpets and stains and were helpful. Arrived on time, were quick and efficient with job. Top of all there were no hidden cost as most of carpet cleaning companies do. Highly Recommended.

I cleaned my 2 bathrooms. I was very dirty. But this company have well experienced boy.. , and after the cleaning. Its looking like new. Am happy of this service!
