Good clean 3-star accommodation. Lovely location. Few smaller details missing and shower very small. Friendly and helpful caretaker. Worth a visit 😌☑

The place is great, the rooms are clean and the WiFi was good. There was a lot of wildlife like birds, kangaroos and emus that entered the land and we were allowed to watch them. We could also feed the wild emus that entered the premises for breakfast and dinner. However, the swimming pool was not maintained and was very dirty so we cleaned it ourselves.

Booked in last minute. Received a great room for a great price and it had a lovely fireplace. And we sure needed it as it was a very cold evening. It also had reverse cycle heatingwhich we used whilst getting unpacked and organized before we lit the fire. The room was very spacious. There were kangaroos out grazing in the morning. It was only an overnight stay, but I wish we could of stayed longer. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Thankyou to them for our comfortable and warm overnight stay.

Over night stay at the last minute. Tom and his wife have only just taken over and they were really great sorting out a place for my family and I. We stayed in one of the lodges and it was exactly what we needed. Comfy beds, a small kitchen, fireplace and enough room for the kids to goof around. We never saw Ernie the Emu but I dare say there is loads of excellent wildlife around and obviously plenty to do in Halls Gap.

We stayed for one night to explore the Grampians. Its a perfect location, the area is perfect maintained, owners provide a very individual environment for you stay. They support you where you can, just ask. I highly recommend this place.
