The park was located in a beautiful location and the amenities were great. My only issue was there was a white tail spider in between my pillows and then a big black spider rolled up in the towels. The couch was also very stained due to the type of material they are made of. Maybe regular steam cleaning will help.

Friendly staff and a good size park. Heaps for the kids to do (jumping pillow, pool, kids play area) sp great for families. Watch out for Kangaroos as they are everywhere in the mornings abd evenings.

We stayed for 3 nights over the November cup day long weekend. The facilities were amazing, very impressed. The only major concern was the cleanliness up keep of the amenities. Not once did we see cleaners in the toilets/shower blocks. The floors were not swept and there was pink soap spillage in the main female toilet block for the hole time we were there. With the amount of people staying over the weekend this was not acceptable for the amount we paid for a tent site. We spent 8 nights staying in Victoria that week and this was the only park in which the hygiene standards of the 5 places we ended up staying at was pathetic. Amazing place the Grampians.

Fantastic staff, especially Kathy and Gary, both of whom have helped make our stay great. Kathy and Gary have been friendly, warm, and have gone out of their way to make my family and I feel welcome. Great park, great scenery, great staff. This is the go to place for one of my mates and now I see why.

Amazing views, reasonable price, clean well equipped comfortable cabins from basic to luxury Spa apartments, sites for everything from tents to the biggest Gray nomad vans. Pool, jumping pillow, playground and go cart hire for kids. Great for families or a romantic getaway.

Excellent park and located within walking distance of the town. Excellent facilities. The only issue is that the free wifi is next to hopeless with many timeouts and frustrating speeds. 500Mb/day per device, only it's so slow most of the time that you could never use it.

Location is about a 5 - 10 minute walk from the main town which is nice. The accommodation and facilities provided are also great. Plenty of activities for kids and adults.

Had a weekend stay at Parkgate Resort @ Grampians. The place is ideal for a weekend stay. An employee, I guess his name is "Brett" was scaring kids and watches the campers from every corners to see what we are doing, even in the dark. He seems to be a psychic. Just because of him, spoiled our trip. I won't recommend this place if such strange characters are still employed by such a great chain of Holiday Parks like Big4.

Has LOADS of things for the kids to do. Jumping pillow, two pools, pedal kart things, tennis courts. Clean toilets and facilities. But in peak periods it is well busy. Packed with people. If your into caravaning/camping being a rowdy affair with heaps of people to talk to and have a beer with, then right up your alley.
If you prefer the quieter style where you can hear the birds and go to bed when the sun sets, not so much.

Stayed for one night in powered RV site. Very friendly helpful staff. Super clean amenities and warm heated floors in the showers. Laundry facilities were good. Lots of activities for kids. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.
