It was wonderful and quiet. Clean. Note that mobile phone reception is somewhat intermittent except for the centre of Halls Gap. recommended.

Really friendly staff. Room was what I had expected for the amount we paid. View where the highlight! TV in room didnt work. The bed was horrid to sleep on. We left a night early and drove home overnight as we thought that it would be better then sleeping on that bed again.

The staff and service where 5 star ! rooms 2 Star. A bad bed is a bad bed

Stayed there as a part of a car rally and had dinner and breakfast there as well. The food was delicious, the room was clean and modern and the view was awesome! Especially at sunrise/ sunset. Will definitely be coming back here for an night away from home.

Great place in heart of Grampians. Comfy Beds, warm & cosy. Great food & Breakfast. Special huge thanks to Brad who helped us with a 3am check in & with a smile.
Heaps of wildlife around ! Highly recommend and we'll be back for a longer stay next time.

Near enough to the Halls Gap village centre but far from the madding crowd. Love the peace and quietude here. Lovely view of the mountains, and the company of kangaroos. The Views restaurant is nice and cosy, but prices are not cheap. Wifi is patchy.

We stayed there for 4 nights, the staff were as courteous as to turn on the heaters for us as we arrived on a chilly evening, didn't even have to ask.

Awesome views surrounded by all the mountains and the food was great. Would happily go back there again.

Went for dinner at the Views Restaurant within the motel, the room was relatively small, and was almost completely packed (although this was only about 6 groups of people). The food took roughly 30 minutes to arrive at the table, and was lacking seasoning, although salt and pepper was provided at the table. The price of the food itself was quite steep, considering it wasn't luxury dining and similar food is available down the road at other restaurants. Dispite all of this, I imagine it would be convenient for people staying at the motel itself.

Location for the functions place across the paddock is ideal. Just out of town, rooms are a little dated, but overall it's good.

Booked through bookings com. The lady at the front got offended just because i wanted to check the amount payable by me was correct. She proceeded to give me bad service through every question that me and my wife asked.

Great value for money, superb view to the mountains and it's near the pinnacle. It also has a large compound that is opened to uninvited guests aka kangaroos freely roaming around--if you're lucky you'll get greeted in the morning by them ☺

    Bathroom too small though.

Very friendly welcome to this motel. The lady on the front desk was great. This was the first stop of our trip down to the great ocean road and we were just a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Firstly walked in and the smell of stale cigarette smoke was terrible. Looking past that, thinking it cost only 150 per night, we continued to move our stuff into the room.
When we went to bed for the night, i spent the night sneezing which would indicate i high dust presence, the bed could do with a good heavy cleaning. When we went for a shower in the morning, one of the towels was dirty so myself and my partner used just 1 towel between us. The shower also had body hair on the floor before we used it. The shower has no pressure, none, what so ever. I waited til our next destination to have a proper shower.
When we were leaving we were not asked, "how was your stay?" or "was everything ok?", as the opportunity wasn't presented to us to explain our disappointment, i thought, if they aren't interested now, maybe a review online may prick up their ears and think of their customers experience.

I feel sorry to have to leave a negative review but i have to be honest on this one.
