Rude. tricked me into booking directly with them rather than through the website where i saw the avaliable room. Expect me to respond to voicemail messages left on my mobile while i was travelling on the highway at 100kmph. Pretty crappy small rooms for the money. 10am checkout or they charge extra. You must clean all your dishes and room before you leave or they will charge extra. I have no idea why they have so many good reviews as it is not a good choice. Definatly wont be going back.

Friendly reception and alot of amenities for the kids. Rooms tidy and warm with everything needed for a nice weekend. Wonderful bushland setting with a variety of natives attracting loads of wildlife.

Friendly staff, good location just outside the busy part of Halls Gap. Hassle free check in and out. Clean rooms with adequate space.

Me and my bf were planning a Grampians trip for April, but we made a honest mistake by booking it in for Feb 22nd instead of April 22nd. We only just realised and I called immediately to see if there was anything that could be done in good faith, for example if we could use the nights we paid for during times where they have no bookings. The owner attacked me on the phone saying it was my fault and my bad luck, he owes me nothing and blamed me for not turning up on the days I booked. I explained I didn't even realise I had booked those days how could I have turned up? He was rude, awful and provided absolutely no sympathy. I understand it was my mistake, however the lack of customer service, sympathy and sheer rudeness was beyond what I had ever experienced before. I will continually make it known how awful the owner treated me on the phone and recommend that no one stay here ever. Thanks.

It's a great place to stay for a visit to the Grampians. Clean and comfortable rooms. In addition to that there are bikes to borrow, tennis court, swimming pool, little children's playground and kangaroos hopping around. This place is a great value for your money.

Grampians National Park has been an eye opening experience. Coming from Malaysia with most parts covered with Rain Forest, little did I expect to see nature this beautiful. The drive was a little bit longer than expected but all turns out well. The Balcony, The Pinnacle and MacKenzie Falls is a MUST.
