  This store is great, the staff here give great service and advice, they can fix just about anything in a timely manner, their craftsmanship is top notch 👌 and their prices are competitively fair, I love coming to this store 😏

  I had my keys cut here all the time. I was at the shop recently to get my bag buckle fixed.
  He did a fantastic job and did not even charge for it.

  Last few times I've been here has been very disappointing. The last time none of the keys they cut worked in lock. Next time destroyed my car key and then realised they didn't have a replacement. Waste of time

  My watch fogged up with moisture after a battery replacement here and soon stopped working. I took it back and they offered to send it to a third party to look at. But they refused to explain if any costs would be involved.
  I found the service rude and suspicious so i decided to take my watch home. A phone call to head office got me a lovely receptionist who passed on my concerns and phone number but I've heard nothing since.
  In retrospect, no offer of pressure testing was given but it never got submerged in water.
