I have no hesitation recommending the Turner Coulson team after our experience with them. They guided us through a lengthy process that started with an appeal and ended up with the granting of residency. The team were thoroughly professional and wonderfully empathetic. Simply put, they cared. We are delighted with the outcome, but I am also deeply appreciative of the realistic appraisals and sound advice the team gave us, the time they took to explain our situation at each step, and their guidance through the process.

DO NOT JUST GOOGLE IMMIGRATION LAWYER ON GOOGLE LIKE ME, LOOK FOR RECOMMENDATION!
I Had an appointment with Ray. He charged me $300 for a 15min chat. (I knew the price and that is not the problem, I would have paid $600 if necessary if the service was half decent). He showed absolute no interest whatsoever in the case, just answering the questions as dry and quickly as possible as there wasn't much prospects for him to grab any more of my money for future applications.
Lawyers are in the businesses of helping people in trouble, and some of them take a lot of advantage of that fact, and this is one of them.
Again do not just simply call them because it shows on top og a google search, absolutely do NOT recommendresponse / report this review -

What an amazing experience working with Ray, Stewart and their awesome team. Really impressed by their professionalism and highly recommend their services.
- Their research/paralegal team found perfect documents supporting my case resulting in a positive outcome.
- Emails were responded within a day, calls were returned quickly and everything was dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
- I didn't have to pay an extra cent more than what was quoted during the initial consultation.
- I forgot the day of my interview and Stewart called me from New Zealand (while on holidays) to remind me of the interview, contacted DIBP to ensure the interview wasn't cancelled because of my absence, and later joined me to the interview through telephone.
It almost sounds like I'm making up all this stuff, but this is the level of service I was provided by TCIL. Highly grateful.response / report this review -

We got our Visa!! Thanks to Ray and his team we finally got our 457 visa after my girlfriends business nomination was refused. Ray and his team were accommodating, professional and approachable at all times. It was a long process with a wonderful outcome. Thank you Ray from Nikita, Robert & Albie.

Stewart and his team were absolutely amazing. we applied for a partner visa. and before applying we were overwhelmed with the amount of documents etc needed. but Stewart Coulson simplified it for us and explained it in a very clear and straight forward way, they were friendly and helpful. the communication was excellent too. very professional, and highly recommended. and we are happy to say our visa was granted with no issues.

Stewart and his staff were incredibly helpful thoughout the entire application process. We were delighted to have a lawyer who called us off his own back to discuss changes to the immigration process that would work in our favour and who personally championed our application throughout. This was particularly important to us given the ongoing and frequent changes to immigration. We could not recommend Stewart and his lovely staff more highly - we were never left without answers, replies were always prompt and they were exceptionally professional. I contacted Ray Turner with a serious permanent residency matter.
I was pleased that he scheduled a meeting very quickly and within the hour was able to put forward a strategy. During the coming weeks while the strategy was being put into place I found Ray to be approachable and direct with his advice.
The permanent residency matter has now been fully resolved in my favour.
It was obvious to me that service provided was steeped in the wisdom and experience of many years spent in immigration law.
