Butler's was recommended to us and the service we experienced was excellent. The professional service commenced with our booking experience and continued with Dane our carpet cleaner. Excellent and professional service with nice and friendly staff. Andrew pays high attention to details with his job, good communication especially he had gone through with us about the whole process before starting his job. We mentioned about our concern since it is a two bedroom unit with two cats, the cat furs were everywhere. Andrew tackled with this problem very well and did the best he can to make our carpet much more cleaner and look like new. Thank you Andrew for your great work and being patient with our many needs and requirements.

I had an emergency with large animal stains on pale loungeroom carpets.
Even though they were booked out for 9 days, they were able to rearrange some bookings & sent someone to me the same day, who did perfect job with care.

Adam was outstanding! He was very knowledgeable, patient with my questions (as it was my first time with carpet cleaning), helpful, kind and very sincere.

He did an amazing, thorough and an efficient job, got every stain and went out of his way to help me move certain items in order to get into the creases, gaps and edges! My carpets feel and smell as good as new!

Sam was very patient, enthusiastic and informative when answering our countless queries about their services and products. They are definitely very professional with high attention to detail (Drew got on all fours to hand clean awkward edges and corners).

A big thank you to Sean and Oliver from Butler Carpet Cleaning for working their magic on our carpet and bathroom tiles which were looking a little tired and in need of some TLC. Not only were they wonderfully polite and friendly, but we were very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Their pride in their workmanship is evident in the great results achieved. Our carpet looks totally refreshed and the bathroom tiles are sparkling - particularly the grouting as they were able to remove the residual staining from a fake tan spray. We have relied on Butlers for many years to bring our carpet and tiles back to life from the rigors of day to day wear and will continue to do so.
