Jossi responded quickly to my request for service. He arrived on time, worked quickly and effectively. He repaired my locks instead of unnecessarily replacing them - which would have been more expensive, and overall charged me a most reasonable fee. He is also personable. I would happily use his service again and recommend him.

Poor work attitude, staff did not bother to even greet when we walked in. Not helpful with our enquiry regarding cutting a spare car key with remote function. Took my business else where.
