Wonderful retreat for a romantic getaway.
Great place for a function, birthday, wedding or any party really.
Slightly over priced rates for outdated rooms but still enjoyed a lovely stay.
Well equipped gym, with pool spa and sauna.
Friendly and helpful reception staff.
Long drive out of Sydney to the lovely town of Windsor but worth it.response / report this review -

Not nearly as classy as you'd believe from the outside, particularly if you're in one of the cheaper rooms. Customer service is slow, air conditioning didn't work, we got lied to about available rooms to move to, and the shower has less pressure than a squirt gun. The extra star is for the excellent breakfast

The location is handy, just outside of Windsor a and short drive to Richmond past the RAAF base. Service is quite good and staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms I have seen have a king size bed and the modern, upmarket decor make it a quite pleasant stay. The sunlit Gazebo restaurant is an uplifting environment to enjoy a warm buffet breakfast.

Beautiful surroundings. Lovely buildings, fixtures, furnishings etc however, not very modernised. Good quality hand wash, hand lotion etc. I didn't stay in the hotel, my cousin did. It looked like very reasonable, comfortable, well thought out Accommodations. Average buffet breakfast. Nothing too different from the rest. A pity.

There is no doubt this is Sydney hidden gem. Who would have thought that only 45 Min drive from our house in the western suburbs lies a untapped hidden gem. This place is amazing. Country style living with a country getaway feel without having to travel to far. It's simply amazing. Infact this is one of the best getaways we have has in a long time. The superior room is wonderful and not as expensive either. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. When was the last time you had a buffet breakfast that allowed you to make your own freshly squeezed juice with local produce? Or home made smoothie.? I highly recommend this location simply amazing. Our 10 year anniversary here has totally exceeded our expectations.

The service was fantastic! The rooms were really nice. Peter from Concierge was very helpful and so was Kerry. The high tea is delicious and I cant wait for my next visit!

Beautiful location, excellent service and wonderful food. This place ticks all the right boxes.
I Highly recommend the Crownefor weekends away from the hustle and bustle.
The day spa onsite is a slice of heaven.
Comfy beds and pillows and really nice room layout. We enjoyed an indulgent high tea that accommodated 3 food allergies without missing a beat. Will return and soon.response / report this review -

Clean room, comfy beds, plenty of car park, spectacular gardens. Front desk staff not fully familiar with the role, breakfast is very mediocre, food in general is ok.

It is a deluxe accommodation, the service is good but I couldn't give it 5 star. Nice big pond with fountain. Breakfast is open to the publuc and a nice place for a leisurely morning.

Family and I went to the new years eve event and had a great time. Service staff were great and very friendly. Facilities were relatively adequate. Buses and relative logistics were great. Designated paths and other thoroughfares could have been better designed/indicated and illuminated (specifically around the pond area)
Overall I highly enjoyed the experience and will probably go back next new years eve.response / report this review -

My partner and I stayed here over a long holiday weekend, and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such amazing customer service in any other place I've stayed. Ever.
While the rooms weren't necessarily "modern" they were exceptionally clean, tidy and very well serviced.
The food in both the bar and restaurant was very tasty, however the Harvest Restaurant was exceptional! While the price point is a bit on the high side ($35-40/plate) it's the first time I can say it's totally worth it! Delicious to the last bite, just enough and still room for desert, and of course the service is wonderful.
The staff ensured all of our needs were catered to, all our requests fulfilled to the best of their ability and all of it done with such genuine kindness it was inspiring.
From booking to check-out the consideration, service and hospitality was unsurpassed and I will continue to praise the Sebel for as long as I can.
Worth the cost, worth the wait and definitely worth the time!response / report this review
