Miles Real Estate did an excellent job of putting in place a lease before the property was placed on the market for sale by auction. The auction expenses were far cheaper that their competitors. Before the listing they gave me an estimate of what I might get at auction, and as it turned out, they were spot on. Sold on the day. I couldn't be happier. Special thanks to Mr. Paul Evens.

When you receive great service, you stay loyal. I have rented through Miles for the last 6yrs for this exact reason. My most recent interaction with Danielle Costin is a prime example. Excellent communication, blisteringly fast response and results. Exemplary service indeed! Very lucky to have such a great landlord and great agent!

Leanne Bradford of Miles Real Estate is a rare find in the real estate industry. She is the type of agent that will be straight with you, honest and will go above and beyond. Our experience as first home buyers was a positive one, and I believe this is only because of Leanne's guidance, her clarity, and her availability. My husband and I highly recommend Leanne, her warmth, authenticity and professionalism cannot be matched.

I have had the pleasure of having Carter Kingston as the property manager for the rental property we are tenants in. We have had him for 5 months after taking over from another property manager at Miles real estate and he has been such a breath of fresh air. Carter has been amazing in getting our issues and requests solved and our maintenance taken care of, and quick to get back with communication when we need things done. The quick and effective communication makes us feel very secure, valued and makes us feel heard as tenants. We are lucky to have Carter as our property manager. Cheers to you Carter!

Having been in Real Estate for over 30 years, most of those as the leading salesperson, when the time came to sell a property I owned, I would like to think I had an advantage in knowing exactly what to look for when selecting a Real Estate Agent. I had no hesitation in selecting Leanne Bradford from Miles Real Estate as my selling agent. It would be hard to find an agent more committed to achieving the best outcome for both the seller and importantly the purchasers. She has the heart to please and will walk over hot coals for you. That pleasing nature enables her to build trust and confidence in both purchasers and Vendors. She is thorough, truthful, and genuine. I highly recommend her.

Great experience with Miles Real Estate Ivanhoe - worked with Gordon Whale and Cindy Annese, would recommend both for anyone one looking for a great real estate agent in the area. I was given realistic advise and info from my first consultation and the process was very easy, couldn’t be happier with the result!

Landlords: Miles real estate would be a good choice should you want to rent out your properties, they will help you to save every penny or squeeze them out from the tenants.
Renters: Miles real estate surely would make you feel like the peasants if you’re renting by not replying emails, not returning voice messages, delaying or not having stuff fixed, and last but not least, find a way to take away your bond. 50% of renters have their part of all of their bonds claimed by the landlords, I wonder how much higher has Miles real estate achieved.response / report this review -

Miles represented the house we bought in Heidelberg (Paul Carbone) and have since done a valuation. We are now leasing our property through Miles Ivanhoe (Geoff and Sue) and the process has been seamless. Incredible responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

I have been trying to reach "Jessica McFarlane" regarding a rental for 2 weeks now. None of my emails, calls or messages have been returned. I have even tried to call the office and was told I would need to speak to only Jessica. However, it would appear she doesn't exist? Other agencies responded to my queries within the day, if not the next. With all the cold calls I seem to be making to Jessica, I feel more like the agent? After this experience I will definitely not be listing my property with this agency.

Very experienced and are very knowledgable about the current market. Also are incredibly helpful, professional, friendly, and easy to contact! They made the whole process seem easy, seamless and professional. Miles Real Estate offer uncompromising customer service. I have personally bought twice and sold twice through Miles (Damien) Ivanhoe over the last 10 years. I would certainly do it again. I really value their integrity, especially with regards to their effort to comply latest legislation changes. I have been very impressed with their realistic valuations, and eventual outcome. All transactions have been seamless with fantastic communication, and very professional manner.
