Great location for the price. The rooms have all been updated and are now quite modern. No complaints here. Friendly staff. Parking can be a bit short

Functional rooms. Conmfortable and clean. Bathroom a little tired. Bar small but stocks a good range of refreshments. Restaurant busy. Good basic menu. Safe place to stay for business. Perhaps a little out of the way for holidays. Great value.

It is what it is, 3 star hotel. Rooms are due for a refurb. Overall though the rooms are large and spacious. Their restaurant chef needs to get his act together. After waiting for over 1 hour and not receiving meals, we walked out! Checkout took too long. Need a quick system.

Great views from our room. Good breakfast options. Very friendly staff. Great parking options. Close to river and cafes. Most recent stay. need to say that in which the staff handled a situation was very prompt and with a satisfactory outcome. The upgrade wasn't necessary, however we were extremely grateful. Again the staff delightful and helpful. Thankyou 😊

When there for a professional event, the rooms and seating were very nice and comfortable. Food and drinks that were provided were also very nice. Overall a good experience.

Personally I do not recommend this hotel (which is more of a motel)
Amy at front desk was very lovely and friendly, however the place is screaming for an update.
The images I posted are one of their standard rooms.
The whole place has no atmosphere and quite a dreary vibe.
The "continental" breakfast included with your room is just a choice of cereal and that's it, if you want "hot food" you must pay extra, hot food just being scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage.
No music or anything playing in the restaurant so the atmosphere is so bleak.

The staff were very friendly and efficient in helping me check in and out of the hotel.
From a perspective of one staying in a single room, I found it clean and well provisioned - I particularly liked being able to plug my iPhone into the speaker dock and rustle myself up a cup of hot chocolate!
Sadly, the air-conditioning split system was not working in my room; fortunately it was not a cold night!
Overall, a pleasant place that will give you a nice place to stay for the night.response / report this review -

Pricey considering how run down everything seems. Staff seemed unprepared for the volume of people, and waits at the restaurant were up to one hour.
The facilities have modern av equipment, however there weren't enough chairs for the room sizes. The carpets need replacing in the corridors.response / report this review -

Attended a training session during the day. While the building itself is aging, it was clean, neat and tidy. The lunch was homemade spread which was good. Service was good.

Free parking and wifi in a convenient location. Bus to the city and canning bridge station every 15 min. Rooms are very nice and the front desk staff are the best. They do everything to make your stay comfortable!

Large Clean comfortable room but very tired bathroom in desperate need of refurbishment. Good restaurant, nothing flash just hood simple food. Excellent breakfast selection. Very helpful friendly staff. Reasonable prices
