Great dentist! Hadn't been to the dentist for many years and 1st came here for a broken tooth with great fear and trepidation, now I attend every 6 months for the regular check up and clean and always walk out the door remembering that the dentist isn't what it used to be, here they are great and make the whole experience pleasant and pain free!

Had 6 fillings done around a year ago and 3 have since fallen out, one of them after only 3 weeks. That was replaced at my cost and has fallen out again. The staff their are lovely but the quality of work is lacking. The dentist who looked after me is a young guy who just shifted down from Sydney.

Very happy with the service I always receive from Dr Mini. The team at Melbourne MD are all friendly and it doesnt feel like im at the Dentist at all. No pain, and always a comfortable experience especially with that amazing tooth wedge thing! Look forward to having my further treatements. Keep up the good work and fantastic customer service.

I recently had a filling here by Dr Mini Li and I could not speak more highly of my experience, not only was it reasonably priced with x-rays included (nb: with private Healthfund), but the service was friendly and caring, the dentist talked me through everything and was willing to answer my questions, pain was essentially nothing (needle was used for numbing) AND I didn't notice anything different once the numbing disappeared. My past fillings (in NSW) I've noticed it for a few weeks whilst eating etc but this one is by far just unbelievable. It has been filed to perfection and I'm stoked! Plus! - they rang the next day to ask how I was feeling - how's that for service! Thank you MD dental - I'm actually looking forward to my future visits 👍😁

The staff are always courteous and helpful. The dentists are the best we have come across, they are quite patient and talented. Affordable price, nice location, will not go anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Really friendly staff in a clean, fresh looking clinic. Had work done by Dr Liu and it was thorough and painless. Very competitive pricing too. Didn't feel like I was being sold treatments that weren't needed.

The doctor is experienced. That is the good part. Very impersonal and looking to make quick bucks. Nurses are so careless and not attentive.

Receptionist are just so rude and inconsiderate. They disconnect calls if they have someone else more important. Feels like they have a tendency to overcharge customers. Considering how there is little oversight on how clinics should charge and what they should charge on it is expected.

Don't recommend it. Avoid this place.

Simply awesome. I've never been so relaxed going to a dentist before I found Melbourne MD. High quality service with fantastic staff. You'll walk out feeling positive and clear about what you need to do to maintain the health of your teeth. Worth every cent.

Staff are very friendly, each visit I get greeted with a smile and get looked after. For some one who dreads the dentist I can feel relaxed at MD. Mini my dentist is wonderful , gentle and I don't feel any pain. Rates are reasonable and I recommend MD to to all my friends. I certainly will be going back. Great work girls keep it up and I'll see you soon 😀

Amazing experience at Melbourne MD ,
The reception staff are so lovely and comforting,
I had DR Aulakh take my wisdom teeth out , he was very gentle and quick felt no pain , very happy customer!
The dental nurse Vanesa by his side was great , making me feel comfortable and relaxed in the dental chair !
Highly recommend Melbourne MD!

One of the receptionists was very rude in relation to paying my account. I forgot my purse at home as I had changed bags on the weekend and she demanded that I come back that day to pay the account even though I said I would pay the following day which I did. Not necessary and when you are talking about $770 it is a lot of money for rude service. The rest of the staff and dental nurses provide a good service and seem to know their trade.

I had such a great experience at Melbourne MD. I'm not one to write reviews but as someone who dreads the dentist I feel obliged to share my experience.

The staff at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. I had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist who was very thorough, gentle and explained the procedure and treatment in a language I understood. Unfortunately I needed a filling but the dentist was amazing, she endured I was comfortable the whole time.

I also had a splint made due to grinding (I'm an anxious person!) it fits perfectly and was ready quickly.

Overall a great experience and one that did not leave me massively out of pocket because I was with Bupa.
