    Parts and Accessories staff
    I visited there to buy 1 clip of bumper at 16:40, 07 12 2017.
I don't know other staffs, but Parts and Accessories staff was quite rude for me.
His attitude was not polite and he throwed crip to me.
    I got annoyed.
But anyway,I got clip what I wanted.
so not worst review. 2 Stars.

I don't the other staffs, but it gives me bad impression like all of staffs are like that.

I hope they improve theire service.

Just brought a car from this business and have been most impressed by the customer service from Adam Melhem and Paul Tzaras. They made the whole process very easy and friendly, yet highly professional. We never felt pressured or hassled at any point of the purchase and found these two gentlemen to be always polite and courteous. They are a credit to the business.

Purchased a vehicle from Matthew Peperkamp, excellent customer service, happy with the vehicle and the way I have been treated as a client, would buy from this dealership again.

A Manager of Customer Experience who doesn't respond to 3 requests for service report and cost - seriously? Dismissive staff who tried to fob me off with 'we've changed hands and have no access to the records'. Yeah right. It beggars belief in this day and age of social media and online reviews. One star because I have to. But never again at MCT, no matter what.

Bought a new 86 from Chints here yesterday and i was blown away by customer service from him and the rest of the sales team. I had a fair idea of what i wanted and every query was answered within the day! I bought it from interstate and when it came time to do the paperwork, Thi in finance listened and gave me options without being pushy and even advised going with my insurer who was cheaper. Even though there was a little mixup with tinting and the protection pack, the manager made sure all hands were on deck to get it completed in a short time which i was very grateful for!!!
    Keep it up guys!

Hi All, Toyota is a good reliable Brand, but when I bought my brand-new car I was “trapped” by Toyota Insurance and signed up with them thinking Its “Toyota” and can’t go wrong! But I was wrong, When I tried to claim for one accident, then I realise it’s not really Toyota and are so doughy. They sent one of their so-called inspectors and he declared the accident is two different incidents, even after I submitted the Accident Inspection Form with all the diagrams and drawings, which none of other insurers ask! and made me to pay excess fee twice!! Stay away from them please…

should've read these reviews sooner !Booked weeks in advance to have car ready to travel for easter, as they were apparently busy, finally time came. They take your keys & say see ya, will call you when ready & show you the door!you ask when as you need the car asap & same reply. You then need to walk around nth Melb. in the freezing cold, of which I now have a sore throat! When you mention you're walking around 1 1/2 hours in 9 degree weather, they simply tell you to go & pick up your car & go back another day. (because people don't work) STILL no offer to go in & wait inside! education? Car wasn't fixed in the end, may need to cancel trip to be safe. Can't give you a start or finish time, nor a cost. So in the end, could've paid anything really. I've had 3 Toyotas & never experienced such bad service, all dealers have waiting areas you're offered to wait in. Don't bother complaining to the service manager apparently he can't understand or hear you! Apparently you should service your car near where you work or live! They service cars of people that work In the CBD! Great way to lose customers!a mess

My battery failed so after having my car jump started I drove to this dealer to get a new battery. Upon arrival I was told they close in 10 minutes. It was Friday afternoon and was offered to leave the car onsite (given if I switched off the motor chances are the battery would not have enough charge to sustain a restart) and it would be attended to on Tuesday. 4 days without a car? Really! I then drove to Ariel batteries Clifton Hill. They replaced my battery immediately even though they were about to close and for a third of the price compared to Melbourne City Toyota. A battery takes less than 5 minutes to remove and fit a replacement. I would have expected common sense be exercised given the urgency and service be prioritised when it is something so small. This is why I gave 1 star. This has put me off using dealers.

    Good communication
I get my Prius serviced here and they are always pretty good at ringing me to tell me what they'd done and when the car would be ready to pick up.
I typically drop of my car about 7.30 am .. its busy but the guys get your "checked out" fairly quickly. Fortunately for me the tram that runs right behind the building is a direct line to my work. Out front is the very frequent Elizabeth street network of trams and its also just a short walk to Melbourne Central Metro train station.

Bought a new Prado Grande there 10 years ago and had it serviced at Melbourne City for 220,000km without complaint. Just bought another one - same salesman (!). Fast check-in/out and thorough explanations. Full marks from me.

Tony (Service Manager?) is very good. He arranged the servicing of my Landcruiser to be completed promptly as I was required for child minding duties. Didn't price gouge me on service cost or on a new set of wiper blades that I requested be replaced. Good manner with customers. Very happy.
