10/10 - spoke on the phone on Friday and spoke again today on Monday about a radio code and he knew exactly when I needed as soon as mentioned my name! - this is A+ service right here
He didn't charge anything to get my cars radio code where is my local dealership (a bit shady) wanted me to take my car in so try would pull out the radio for the serial number - witch wasn't nessicary!
If I loved in the area this would be where all my cars would be going for service - but unfortunately I live 3 hours away (this is where my 2nd hand car was originally bought from)
Yarra Ranges Ford were fantastic to deal with. Went out of their way to ensure we purchased locally with a fantastic deal. Many thanks to Brittany & Keith for their excellent service & assistance. Wife loves the Kuga!
Regards, Kevin.
An okay dealership. The extras I ordered took a long time to arrive and I had to make repeated visits, so I would not drive the car out of the dealership until you are 100% sure everything is okay.
Just had my territory serviced. As it's leading into winter I asked for the wiper blades to be replaced. When I got the bill I had been charged $84 ($48 parts & $36 labour) to replace 3 wiper blade inserts, which retail for around the $20 per set of 2 for a quality brand at Repco. When I got the car home I noticed that the inserts were not fitted correctly. I took them back to Ford which is a 30 minute drive away and they fitted them correctly in about 2 minutes. I questioned how they can justify $36 labour for a 2 minute job and Nick the service employee told me that is how much they charge.
We purchased this car from Yarra Ranges Ford approximately 2 years ago and had the worst experience you could imagine. I believe that there has been 2 new owners since then but unfortunately the poor service lingers on.
