Dad with five kids, my kids and I love the place, but my rather large order is usually missing something how ever little it may be.
What a surprise it would be to actually find something extra instead of missing, a gesture like this could change a good customer into a life long advocate of the place.

The fries were half filled, the burger pattie was folded in half and underneath the burger, coke filled top to bottom with ice and no napkins. This is why I will keep coming back to McDonalds Redlynch, it's a thrilling roll of the dice, and that's the customer experience that I seek out. Exceptional!

Asked for coke to be filled all the way. Got very rude rant saying she is just the counter lady and doesn't actually do the drinks and how it's the managers decision so I can take it up with them if I have a problem. Talked about exact said thing in drive thru again one year later. Asked lady for cup to filled all the way (different lady). Shut window on me before I could even finish my sentence.

Great store. The friendly staff couldn't do enough for me and made me feel very welcome. Only issue i had was Aircon not very high, but that's just a personal thing. All in all a great experience!
